Terms of Service.

SplitNPay lets one person (the "initiator") create a group payment session and share a link with others (the "participants"). Each participant authorises their share of a total bill. Funds are only captured once all participants have authorised — not before.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use this Service.

By using SplitNPay you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use any payment method you submit.

When you enter your card details, we place an authorisation (hold) on your payment method for your share of the bill. You are not charged at this point.

Capture (the actual charge) only occurs after all participants have authorised and the initiator confirms. If the session expires or is cancelled before capture, all holds are released.

Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment details you also agree to Stripe's Stripe Consumer Terms.

SplitNPay offers an optional digital wallet that you can top up and use to pay your share. Wallet balances are not withdrawable and hold no cash value outside the Service. We reserve the right to expire unused wallet balances after 12 months of account inactivity.

If a session is cancelled before capture, any authorisation holds will be released within 5–7 business days depending on your card issuer.

After capture, refunds are handled at the initiator's request. Contact us at support@splitnpay.io and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

You agree not to use SplitNPay to:

• Process payments for illegal goods or services
• Commit fraud or use stolen payment methods
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity

Violations may result in immediate suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kassa Software Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to payment failures, session expirations, or third-party service outages (including Stripe).

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid through SplitNPay in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
